with the help of wine merchants in Beaune, especially with

Maison Champy & Cie receives THE GOLD MEDAL at the Amsterdam international and colonial exhibition.

Building of the Eiffel Tower by Gustave Eiffel and his partners for the Universal Exhibition in Paris. The following year, Mr. Eiffel develops his knowledge for Maison Champy.

Maison Champy Père & Cie receives the gold medal at the Universal Exhibition in Paris for its products under the Burgundy pavilion.

Building of Maison Champy winery according to the Eiffel style of architecture, equipped with a pasteurizing machine Houdard made on the occasion of CHAMPY'S 170TH ANNIVERSARY.

Maison Champy starts the conversion of a part of its plots into ORGANIC AGRICULTURE.

Maison Champy old buildings from 1890 as well as the buildings alongside used as a winery are listed on September 15th on the RENOWN HISTORICAL MONUMENTS TRUST by the DRAC (Regional Cultural Service).
