On the occasion of the famous auction of the Hospices de Beaune, the Maison Champy opens its doors for an exceptional dinner. The menu will be created by the starred chef "Thomas Collomb" and our oenologist "Dimitri Bazas" will select rare wines, served in magnums, from our wine library.
