For the most famous wine auction of the word « The Hospices de Beaune wine auction », Maison Champy will open its doors for an exceptional dinner. The starred Michelin chef « Keishi Sugimura », will be preparing the menu and a selection of fine and rare wines, served in magnums has been carefully chosen by our wine maker « Dimitri Bazas ».
