n the north of the Côte de Beaune, Aloxe-Corton produces one of the most prestigious AOC from Burgundy as well as the only Grand Cru red from the Côte: the Corton. Eight climates offer Premiers Crus reds: Les Pulands, Les Maréchaudes, Les Vercots, Les Fournières, Les Guérets, Les Valozières, Les Chaillots and Clos du Chapitre. At an altitude varying between 200 and 300 meters, vineyards benefit from exposures ranging from east to south and south-west.

TASTING

Beautiful intense garnet color. The nose reveals floral notes, a toasted reduction and emphasizes woody and toasted notes. The palate, concentrated, reveals both a firm and delicate cassis and ripe fruit. A beautiful field and a lot of finesse in this wine that gets better with aeration and shows a good ageing potential.
